Arbor Lane Medical Group’s mission is to provide exceptional, comprehensive and efficient health care emphasizing education and prevention. We provide quality family care from newborns to seniors. Over the years, our practice has developed great relationships with many of the local healthcare facilities and providers in Southeast Michigan.
Arbor Lane Medical Group, under the guidance of Dr. Basil Abdo, has been selected as a Patient-Centered Medical Home designated practice by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan since 2009.
A Patient Center Medical Home (PCMH) is a model of healthcare based on an ongoing, personal relationship between a patient, doctor and the patient’s care team. Whatever the medical needs – primary or secondary, preventative care, acute care, chronic care, or end-of-life care – the patient has a medical “home”; a single, trusted doctor and care team, through which continuous, comprehensive and integrated care is provided.

Arbor Lane Medical Group combines general medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, minor surgery and gynecology. We establish life long relationships with all of our patients. Our specialty is treatment for everyone no matter the stage of life.
Authorization to Release Medical Records
In order to obtain a copy of your medical records or want your records sent to another doctor or facility, please fill out the HIPAA Release Form and turn into the office. If you want a personal copy of your medical records there will be a charge. If you need records sent directly to another medical facility, we will send records at no charge.
